Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility This offer is available to businesses with a registered business address within the TS6 postcode area and a member of the Eston & Normanby Group on Facebook
2. The business address must be provided in full and will be verified for authenticity. 
3. Only one free website offer per business is allowed. Multiple applications from the same business will not be accepted.
4. Free Website Eligible businesses will receive a professionally designed and developed website at no cost. The website will be created based on the information provided by the business owner. The website will include basic features such as a homepage, about page, contact page, and service/product pages. Additional features and customizations may incur additional charges. The free website design can take up to 8 weeks to complete. Expedited design services may incur additional fees, which will be discussed and agreed upon prior to commencement. 
5. Domain Name A non-refundable fee of £11.99 is required for the domain name. The domain name will be registered in the name of the business owner. Domain name registration is subject to availability and approval by the relevant domain registration authority.
6. Annual Hosting Fee Starting from the second year, an annual hosting fee of £49.99 will be charged. The annual fee must be paid at the beginning of the second year and each subsequent year. Failure to pay the annual hosting fee by the due date may result in the suspension or termination of website hosting services.
7. Amendments Any amendments to the website once completed will incur additional charges. These charges will be discussed and agreed upon before any work is commenced. Amendments include, but are not limited to, changes to the website design, content updates, and the addition of new features or pages.
8. Monetary Value This offer cannot be exchanged for monetary value or any other benefits. The free website offer is non-transferable and cannot be resold or used for commercial gain.
9. Transfer and Cancellation If, after the first year, the client decides to transfer the website and domain to another provider, a fee of £250 will be charged for the website design. If the client opts to discontinue the website and allow the domain to expire, there will be no fee. If the client transfers the domain to another provider and uses a different website, there will be no charge.
10. Timeframe The free website design may take up to 8 weeks to complete. Expedited design services may incur additional fees, which will be discussed and agreed upon prior to commencement.
11. Change of Business Location If the business relocates outside of the TS6 postcode area within the free 12-month period, the free offer will be withdrawn and the annual £49.99 hosting fee will become immediately payable.
12. Business Address Full business addresses must be provided and will be verified for authenticity.
13. Website Deletion Websites that are no longer used after the free period has expired will be permanently deleted 30 days after the expiration date of the free period.
14. Application Rights Sdhinternet reserves the right to decline any applications without providing a reason. Applications will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and eligibility will be determined at the sole discretion of Sdhinternet.
15. Modifications and Termination Sdhinternet reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice. Modifications may include changes to the terms and conditions, the scope of the free website offer, or the eligibility criteria. In the event of termination, any websites already provided under this offer will continue to be hosted until the end of the current hosting period. 
16. Acceptance By applying for this offer, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Acceptance of the free website offer constitutes a binding agreement between the business owner and Sdhinternet.
